General Terms & Conditions

If you sign up for a paid subscription for credits and would like to request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your subscription purchase. According to the agreement, either party retains the right to cancel the subscription within this timeframe. You will be eligible for a full refund from the same day cancellation for all unused services. Please note that once the cancellation period has expired, refunds and returns are no longer possible.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a Subscription for credits that grants access to goods or services at any time before 24 hours have passed from the day the Subscription for credits was made. Any such cancellations must be provided to us in writing. Please note that if you have already started listing items on our Marketplace, your right to cancel is lost. Upon cancellation, any credits already purchased will be forfeited. Returns and refunds are not possible after the cancellation period has expired.
